Welcome to "Moving, Working, and Investing for Expats". These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at investingforexpats.com (the "Site") and the services, features, content, and applications offered by Distinct Corporation (the “Company”) (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). Upon termination of your account, these Terms will terminate, but the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive.
